Reach the boarding-house 'Anasa' easily!

Caution! If you follow the route we suggest, you will reach the boarding-house 'Anasa' very easily.

If you choose to use a navigation system it may guide you through side streets and you may get lost on your way.

Whether you come from the south or the north of Greece to Volos, travel via the national road Athens-Salonika up to the exit Velestinos and take the exit towards Volos. Drive for 19 km towards Volos until you reach the Larissis avenue in the suburbs.

Before you reach the first traffic lights and the city center you come to the ring road of Volos. Take the exit towards Portaria and drive along the ring road passing several traffic lights driving straight on, until you come to the sign instructing you to turn left towards  Portaria – Hania.

You will reach Zagora after traveling on a winding road for at least one hour, since the village is 47 km from Volos on the other side of mount Pelion.

Turn left and continue climbing up the mountain for several kilometers, driving through several villages, the last one of which is Portaria. Hania, is the last hamlet you come across on your way, where you will start descending the mountain and travel on for another 17km. When you come to a fork in the road turn left and follow the signpost to Zagora.

Zagora is a village spread out on the flank of the mountain. You will find he boarding-house “Anasa” after approximately 2km on your right hand side of the main road.
