Please read the booking terms and conditions carefully.
They apply to all bookings made with Anasa Hotel and to all members of your party.
When you book accommodation, we will send you an e-mail confirmation of your booking and it is at the time that we send this confirmation that a binding contract comes into existence.
Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way.
Bookings take the privacy of your personal data very serious. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. For more information, read our privacy statement.
Deposit: A credit card is required to secure this booking as a guarantee, but no deposit is required at this time.
Cancellation is free of charge; provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy.

Cancellation policy: In order to confirm a reservation from your side, a major credit card number as a guarantee is needed. We will not charge your account prior to your arrival; it is just guarantee! If reservation is cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival, no charge will be made. In case you do not cancel your reservation (preferable in writing), or cancellation notice is received less than 14 days prior to arrival, or you do not show (NO SHOW), a one-night free will be charged.
